Cancellation Policy

01. Standard / Stock Bag Orders

• You can request a cancellation of standard (in-stock, plain) bag orders within 24 hours of placement.
• Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner or dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and apply for a return under our Return Policy.

02. Customized and Bulk Printing Orders

• Manufacturing Process: Custom orders are created specifically for your business. Production and plate making start shortly after design approval.
• Cancellation Window: Cancellation for custom orders is only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the design layout is officially approved and sent for production/printing—whichever comes first.
• Once production, printing, or cutting has commenced, we cannot accept cancellations, and the buyer will be liable for the full value of the order.

03. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately:

• Please provide your Order ID, billing name, and reason for cancellation.

04. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is received within the permitted timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• The refund will reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
