01. Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

  • Standard/Plain Bags: Orders for plain/in-stock bags are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Customized/Bulk Bags: Customized printing and bespoke manufacturing orders require additional setup and production time. The estimated dispatch timeline will be finalized and communicated to you during the order approval stage.

02. Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic Shipping: We deliver to pin codes across India using trusted third-party courier services and transport networks.
  • International Shipping: For export orders outside of India, please contact our support team directly at +91 79976 86767 to discuss shipping routes, custom clearances, and shipping rates.

03. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout or included in your bulk quote based on the weight, package volume, and destination.
  • Any local entry taxes, octroi, or state-specific fees (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

04. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time varies depending on the destination:

  • Metros & Major Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Tier 2/3 Towns & Rural Areas: 5 to 8 business days.
  • Once the package is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email/SMS to monitor the status of your delivery.

05. Shipping Delays

  • While we partner with top-tier courier services to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays due to weather conditions, strikes, transit issues, or lockdowns may occur.
  • We will keep you updated in case of any known delay. We thank you for your patience during such rare instances.

06. Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

  • If a package arrives damaged, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening and contact us immediately.
  • If a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier company but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours so we can open an investigation with the courier partner.
