At Riyan Shopping Bags, we are committed to manufacturing high-quality, sustainable bag solutions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies below regarding returns and refunds.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
01. Eligibility for Returns (Standard / Non-Customized Bags)
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exempt Goods: Perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous materials cannot be returned.
02. Customized and Personalized Products
- Riyan Shopping Bags custom-manufactures bags according to your branding, specifications, size, and layout.
- Please Note: We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds on customized or personalized products unless there is a clear manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage.
- Before bulk printing, a digital proof or sample is approved by the client. We are not liable for design errors approved by the client during this process.
03. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will issue a replacement or a refund:
- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- Any defects, printing errors, or transit damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To assist us in verifying the claim, please share photos and an unboxing video of the damaged package via WhatsApp at +91 79976 86767 or via email.
04. Return Shipping
- To return your standard product, please contact us first to initiate the return process.
- The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item sent by us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
05. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or bank transfer for bulk orders) within 7 to 10 working days.
